The higher level of LDL and lower HDL level in our blood will risk someone from heart attack and artecleorosis. If total cholesterol level over 240, LDL cholesterol > 160 and HDL =60 mg/dl, for LDL less than 100 mg/dl, triglyceride less than 150 mg/dl, and total cholesterol must be lower than 200 mg/dl.

Other that LDL & HDL, Triglyceride must be pay attention too, is a kind of fat in our blood and the same function with LDL. The higher Triglyceride level will worst the body condition with the high cholesterol.

The skinny people are not free from cholesterol problem, high cholesterol level is not only affected with fat people but a skinny people will also have a problem due to genetic factor. Their bodies keep producing the cholesterol actively, so the food consumption of high cholesterol must be reduced.

The level of cholesterol of our body can be triggered by un healthy food consumption, less workout / exercise, smoking & high stress level also add a risk of high cholesterol because the free radical in our body going up.

DO exercise

Nowadays, many young people has a high cholesterol level, because of that the healthy life style must be applied, with healthy & nutrition food, good rest, exercise regularly and have a healthy life style.

The food we consume must be consisting of carbohydrate complex, protein from a lean meat, vitamin and mineral rich of antioxidant, fiber food and effective regular exercise.

Regular exercise is proven to lower LDL and increase HDL. Do regular check up to control your cholesterol level starting 35 years of age.
